We provide all our properties with an emergency 24 hour contact so problems do not get out of control, and maintenance issues are kept in check by regular communications with the tenants.

Our Property Management Services

We offer full management from 10% per calendar month.

Part management from as little as 6% per calendar month.

Tenant find is from as little as £400 (subject to season and advertising costs).

Exclusive to our company we provide an advertising forum for private Landlords to showcase their properties using the power of Chichester Lettings website.  This works via a bolt on system where the Landlord can choose a basic package and add information to extend their package to maximise their advertising potential whilst working within their budget.
