Part management from as little as 7% per calendar month

Tenant find is £450 (subject to season and advertising costs).

Exclusive to our company we provide an advertising forum for private Landlords to showcase their properties using the power of Chichester Lettings website.  This works via a bolt on system where the Landlord can choose a basic package and add information to extend their package to maximise their advertising potential whilst working within their budget.
