Referencing

• Previous landlords/agents details
• Employment references - current and previous
• Character references
• 3 months pay slips
• 3 months bank statements
• 3 years previous addresses

Identification

• Drivers Licence, Passport or birth certificate

Deposit

• Month and a half deposit
